As a leading specialist in aluminium die casting and zinc die casting, we offer much more than series production: we support our customers from development and casting-oriented component optimisation to precise series production – all from a single source. Right from the early stages, we carry out filling and solidification simulations, which serve as the basis for the subsequent tool design. Our claim: maximum precision, maximum cost-effectiveness and uncompromising quality. We procure both die-casting and stamping tools through a network of international, strategic suppliers in Europe and Asia – always with the aim of maximum cost-effectiveness and quality. Thanks to our international production network in Romania, Bosnia and India, we implement flexible, cost-efficient solutions for all quantities – from small series to large series. We process all common alloys such as 226, 230, 231, 239, Trimal 37 and Zamak 410 and advise you on the selection of the optimal alloy for your requirements.
