Our CNC machining department specialises in the high-precision finishing of aluminium and zinc die-cast parts as well as injection-moulded parts. At our plant in Waldstatt, we use state-of-the-art technologies to ensure the tightest tolerances and highest surface quality.
Our high-performance machinery comprises twelve CNC milling machines, including double-spindle machining centres and modern 5-axis centres for complex geometries and maximum flexibility. This is supplemented by several CNC turning centres - including systems with simultaneous spindles for highly efficient complete machining.
Laser labelling equipment, washing systems, pressure testing equipment and automatic assembly machines enable us to handle all upstream and downstream work steps within our value chain ourselves. This enables us to supply you with ready-to-install, tested assemblies from a single source.
Thanks to the high degree of automation using industrial robots and our many years of experience, we offer reliable, cost-effective solutions for demanding tasks.
