Comprehensive manufacturing technologies
Our manufacturing technologies cover the entire process: aluminium and zinc die casting, CNC machining including blasting, trowalising and washing, injection moulding and the assembly of complete modules. This allows us to maintain full control over critical components such as housings or mechanical parts and take overall responsibility for the function and tolerance chain of a module.

Innovation & prototyping
Simulation, digitalisation & virtual manufacturing: In the field of die casting and injection moulding, Wagner relies on state-of-the-art simulation tools to optimally design components. Through digitalisation and virtual manufacturing, we identify potential for optimisation even before production begins. This enables us to reduce material usage and energy consumption in a targeted manner and contribute to lowering CO₂ emissions. The use of plastic parts or hybrid solutions instead of pure aluminium components enables additional weight reduction and functional integration, thereby increasing both efficiency and sustainability. In addition, we work closely with universities in Switzerland and have already successfully implemented several CTI-funded projects.
Prototyping & rapid innovation: An innovative product is not created in a single step – Wagner accompanies the process with modern prototyping methods. Additive manufacturing (3D printing) and hybrid processes make it possible to produce functional samples and tools efficiently and cost-effectively in the early stages.
