Wagner Group is now able to simulate the connection and interaction between metal and thermoplastic polymers. This allows us to simulate hybrid as well as plastic components regarding their filling behavior and distortion of the single components already in an early engineering and product development stage. SIMCON with its solutions “Cadmould” and “Varimos” is a leading supplier of simulation software and a new partner of the Wagner Group. We can now even earlier take the right conclusions regarding material-optimized design of the components and assembly groups. Furthermore, the simulation allows us to further optimize the serial production process regarding quality and process stability. For aluminum and zinc die casting components, we continue to count on the high-quality simulation solutions provided by Magmasoft.
