Wagner AG (Waldstatt, Switzerland) and Electroprecizia SA (Sacele, Romania) are delighted to announce the establishment of Electroprecizia – Wagner Casting SA, a joint venture dedicated to supplying aluminum high-pressure die casted and machined components to various industries, including automotive, power tools, medical devices and industrial equipment. The objective of the two parties is to join forces to create a leading supplier of aluminum cast solutions for its customers in the European market and the growing base of national and international customers in Romania.
Electroprecizia SA, a renowned provider of aluminum die cast products through its subsidiary Electroprecizia Cast Productions S.R.L. (electroprecizia.ro), brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the joint venture. Its activity originated in being a supplier to the electric motors industry and progressively diversified to serve a wide range of customers in different fields, managing to reach the very high quality level imposed by the automotive industry. The company is in the process of obtaining IATF16949:2016 certification, aiming to achieve very soon the certification of one of the most demanding industry standards, which allows the supply of products to the automotive industry and serves as a quality benchmark for most other industries consuming die casted products.
Wagner AG, a leading provider of metal and plastic solutions (wagner-solution.com ), specializes in developing and producing innovative, cost-effective, and lightweight solutions for customers in industries such as automotive, machinery, building technology, optics, electronics, and aviation. The Joint Venture Electroprecizia - Wagner Casting SA will operate from a new, 5,700 sqm state-of-the-art industrial building within the Electroprecizia Industrial and Logistics Park. The collaboration will leverage Wagner's 80 years of material and application know-how and Electroprecizia’s strong local production base, providing a strong foundation for rapid growth in the client portfolio. The joint venture will start on the basis of 10 integrated and automated die casting cells with a closing force of 300 to 1100 tons and aims to double this capacity over the coming years. By investing in advanced die casting, machining and automation technologies, Electroprecizia Wagner Casting SA will ensure efficient production and maintain the highest quality and sustainability standards.
