Assembly competence

Wagner has won another strategic customer into its portfolio, who is counting on our assembly competence. Belimo Automation AG has nominated us in the past year for the production of different components and assembly groups, which have now been successfully introduced in the series process. The international orientation of the Wagner Group with its different, specialized manufacturing options as well as our core competency in the assembly group manufacturing was critical for the nomination. Furthermore, Wagner’s highly customer oriented supply chain management concept which is minimizing our customer’s inventories contributed to the decision. The manufacturing of ready-to-install assembly groups takes place on the basis of LEAN-production principles in a newly established assembly room. Together with the component production and assembly process, Wagner is taking over functional responsibility for the assembly groups, reducing the complexity for our customer. We are convinced that this will motivate further customers to trust us and benefit from our value contribution.
