Automated production of hybrid solutions

Wagner is convincing its customers over and over again with its broad technology and engineering solution competence. Wagner was nominated over the past three years for different key projects to develop and produce solutions for the future-oriented electro-mobility. These solutions are applied by several key OEMs for example in the high-voltage energy transmission of EV or PHEV vehicles or in mild-hybrid systems. Our innovative offering of weight- and cost optimizing, material-independent solutions made from aluminum, thermoplastic polyamides or the combination of thermoplastics and metals into hybrid solutions was key for the successful nomination of Wagner. As these projects are now going into serial production, Wagner is implementing a highest level of automation, which allows us to produce with highest efficiency, while optimizing the process stability on a sustainable basis. We go full speed ahead to shape our future and continue with highest priority on further serial production ramp-ups which are being implemented in the next months.
